# Premium Subscription

# Do I need an account to access free features?

No, for the time being you can access free features without creating an account.

# What's included in the Premium subscription?

Subscribing to our Premium membership gives you access to exclusive insights, and all features on the ByteTree Terminal. You can read more about Premium here (opens new window).

# Will you add more features/metrics to Premium?

We will continue to add and improve our premium features. If you have specific suggestions, please do get in touch on info@bytetree.com.

# How do I create a Premium account?

Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of the website, select "Sign-up?", and enter your details. After creating your account, an option for subscribing to our Premium Membership will now be available. Select your preferred plan and fill in your credit card details. Your membership will start immediately upon completing the payment.

# Why can't I pay for my membership with bitcoin or altcoins?

Our payments provider does not currently accept bitcoin or other altcoins.

# How is my data stored/managed?

We take your data privacy very seriously. Please refer to our privacy policy (opens new window) for details on how we store, log and manage your data.

# I have a promo code for the Premium subscription - where do I redeem it?

At checkout, there will be a link in the left hand column that says "Add Promotional Code". Type or paste your code in and confirm to redeem it.

# I have a promo code but I didn't redeem it at checkout - can I still get the discount?

If your payment has already been processed, it's not possible to redeem a code for the current paid for period. However, it is possible to redeem a code for the next period. If you opted for the monthly option then that will be the following month, if you opted for the annual option, it would be for the following year. Please contact us directly on support@bytetree.com.

# I didn't subscribe to your newsletter when I created my account - where do I sign-up?

You can sign-up to our mailing list here (opens new window).

# Will you let me know when new Premium insights are available?

You will receive a welcome to Premium email with our Premium insights schedule. We will also send you a weekly round-up email on Fridays.

# Why did I not receive an email verification code?

It may have ended up in your junk folder. If you still can't find it, you can use the "Resend Code" button for a new one - make sure you have entered your email details correctly. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact us on support@bytetree.com.

# Why can't I confirm my email?

If you were asked to enter a code sent to your email upon signing up for your account, then your email has already been confirmed.

# How do I reset my password?

When signed-out:

Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the website to open your account settings. Select the "Forgotten password?" option on the bottom left and follow the steps to reset your password.

When signed-in:

Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the website to open your account settings. Select the "Change password" option on the bottom left and follow the steps to reset your password.

# Why is my password not accepted?

For security reasons, your password needs to be at least 12 characters and include one upper- and one lower-case letter, a symbol and a number. Note that only the following symbols are accepted:

# How do I change my Premium account details?

If you haven't already, sign-in to your account by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner of the website. Click the "Manage Subscription" to change your details. If you want to reset your password, please follow the steps under "How do I reset my password?".

# Can I change my account email address?

No, not at present.

# Can I add new payment details?

You can edit your billing and payment details under "Manage Subscription".

# When is my subscription renewed?

Your monthly subscription will renew the following month on the same day that you subscribed. If you opted for the year subscription, it would renew the same date the following year.

# How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, click on "Manage subscription", and choose "Cancel plan" on the following page.

# When will my subscription end after I have cancelled it?

Cancelling your plan means your subscription will be active until the next billing date.

# Can I permanently delete my account?

At the moment, you can't delete your account from the user settings. If you would like your account deleted, please contact us on support@bytetree.com. Please include the email you used to create your Premium account so we can locate it in our account system.

# I can't find an answer to my question.

Please contact us on support@bytetree.com. If you have a Premium membership, please include the email address used when you signed-up for your account.
